  • Create Service Management MDM Configuration Profile - Added the new Service Management MDM configuration profile for use in macOS 13+. AM-11767
  • Implement Service Management MDM Payload into Addigy Enrollment Process - Updated the enrollment process to include the Service Management MDM payload that prevents an end user from turning off Addigy's agent and other services. AM-11290
  • Update Restrictions MDM Configuration Profile With New Keys - Added the allowUniversalControl, allowUSBRestrictedMode, allowUIConfigurationProfileInstallation, allowRapidSecurityResponseInstallation, and allowRapidSecurityResponseRemoval keys to the Restrictions payload (macOS 13+ support).   • Update Privacy Preferences Policy Control MDM Configuration Profile with SystemPolicyAppBundles Key - Added the SystemPolicyAppBundles key to the Privacy Preferences Policy Control (PPPC) MDM configuration profile for macOS 13+. AM-11094

Minor Releases

  • Add Bulk On-Demand Refresh Data for Policy Devices - In the Policy > [policy name] > Devices section, we've added the ability to refresh your MDM data of devices in bulk. AM-11777
  • Add Enrollment Profile Expiry Data on Policy > Overview - Added the Enrollment Profile expiration date to the data shown on the Policy > Overview tab. AM-11839
  • Continue Login Redirect After User Authenticates - Fixed an issue where a user was able to click an Addigy link, authenticate into the platform, and it not continue to take you to the link location you clicked. AM-11912
  • Improve GoLive Header Layout and GoLive > Security Tab - Improved layout on the new GoLive header layout and the Security tab. AM-11822
  • New Login Experience - Generic SAML Connector - We have added the ability to setup SSO login with an any SAML provider. AM-9714
  • Set Higher Priority to MDM Commands Clear Passcode and Disable Lost Mode - Set a higher priority to MDM commands Clear Passcode, Disable Lost Mode, etc. so that they are run before other commands that may block these commands. AM-11770

Bug fixes:

  • The product selection box for the Autotask Product configuration will now filter the list of available Products based on entry in the Product box. Up to 1000 items will now appear in the search box. AM-11893
  • Azure (Legacy) Expired SSO Certificate doesn't allow to disable the integration AM-11954
  • Changes Tag Does Not Show in OS Users Table When Changes Present AM-11177
  • Fixed an issue when a device's name has not been collected from a machine, the "Device Actions" section for that device would not appear. AM-10906
  • Fixed an issue where the Erase All Contents and Settings option in the Erase Device pop-up was not showing appropriately. AM-11917
  • Fixed a unique condition with the Serial Number fact that would escape output when Activation Lock commands timed out. AM-11833
  • Fixed an issue where getting the lost mode location of a device causes Addigy to think lost mode is still active and enabled. AM-11902
  • Fixed an issue where LiveTerminal couldn't access certain directories on Big Sur and newer devices. sudo is required to access the effected directories. AM-11862
  • Removed the Delete Devices permission requirement from the Lock Device MDM command. The Lock Device MDM command now only requires the Execute Lock Device Command and View Devices permissions. AM-12027
  • Fixed an issue where the Addigy MDM CSR certificate had expired. AM-11994
  • Fixed an issue where Desktop picture keys and Game Center keys, if values where added, would cause the UI to not show any keys in the payload. AM-11950
  • Fixed an issue where muting alarms on the Monitoring page will trigger rate limiting from CloudFlare. AM-11776
  • Fixed an issue where not assigning an Apple Push Certificate to a policy (via global enrollment profile or per policy enrollment profile) gives errors on the MDM Settings page. AM-11896
  • Fixed an issue where Product Description - Processor Type showing N/A Value on Apple M2, Apple M1/Pro/Max. AM-11913
  • Updated the Public Library section of the GoLive > Software tab to show the entire Public Software Library. Moreover, it now sorts correctly and added the Addigy-supported software only toggle. AM-12002
  • Identity v2.12.30 addresses an issue with the background not scaling to full size of the monitor leaving empty space. The background image now scales to fit the screen size and the login window centers. AM-11800
