- Addigy Identity v2.13.13, a new release that incorporates important bug fixes for Okta Identity Engine users. This version successfully addresses the redirect login looping problem, ensuring smooth sign-in experiences now across any of the sign-in flows. In collaboration with Okta, we identified and tackled the root cause of the issue. The update rectifies the credential-fetching problem, allowing users to enjoy a seamless and secure sign-on process. To learn more about Addigy Identity's integration with Okta Identity Engine and to access detailed instructions for setting up, configuring, and using the service, visit the Addigy Identity and Okta Integration article. AM-12103
- "Addigy Identity v2.13.13 introduces a key bug fix targeting the sign-on widget feature, which previously caused sign-on difficulties when the "Password Visibility setting" was enabled in Okta. This update ensures a smoother login process by resolving the following scenarios: -When the Show Password option is ON at the temporary password stage, the username no longer gets replaced by the 2FA code. -When the Show Password option is ON at the Create new password stage, Identity no longer utilizes the temporary password for creating or updating the local account password. -When the Show Password option is ON in both instances, the password field is now correctly identified and managed." AM-15138
- Resolved an issue where Azure - Identity Login shows‚"Name Is Empty" Error After Successfully Authenticating AM-14949
- Resolved issue where B2B Custom Apps deployed via AppStore Connect were not auto updating on iOS and iPadOS devices. This was due to the custom Apps not flagging hasAvailableUpdate on the device itself as they are published differently. New logic was added for these Apps to auto update when the catalog changes. AM-15042
- Corrected an issue where a custom SAML application was created, it would still require Basic Authentication to be enabled. Now you can disable Basic Authentication when you configure a custom SAML application. AM-15065
- Fixes an issue when a ticket is closed in Addigy, the Sub-Issue Type, Service-Level Agreement, Primary Resource, and Work Type fields in Autotask would be cleared. AM-15245
- Fixed an issue where the InstallLater flag would show a restart message for updates that did not require a restart. For devices that are already in this state, it may be necessary to flush out the existing status by restarting the mdmclient and softwareupdate client.
Run these two specific scripts on the devices in the order specified:
1. https://app.addigy.com/community/scripts/636ab45f833a2f1974f1e2f1
2. https://app.addigy.com/community/scripts/63e51ca2577ef7f96d59aec5 Once a ScheduleOSUpdate command executes it should clear this status out. AM-15080
