Additional User Attributes for Azure - We have introduced three new Identity User Attributes specifically for Azure users:
1. Usage Location
2. Office Location
3. Password Last Set DateThese attributes have been added exclusively for administrators who have chosen to enable the "Collecting User Attributes" feature. You can find this setting on the Identity Configuration page in Addigy. Once activated, the feature retrieves specific information from Azure Active Directory after a user successfully signs on. - Self Service v2.4.15 - This release includes a new feature called Activity, which enables end-users to track the status of their Self Service requests. With Activity, users will have the ability to view timestamped events of their requests, including the final results for Apps and Books, Software, MDM Profiles, and Scripts-related activities.
This feature will appear in the sidebar, providing users with easy access to monitor their device's activity more closely. By offering greater transparency and visibility, end-users can quickly identify any issues and take appropriate action to resolve them. - Create a fact that would allow us to measure the auditor load - We've introduced a new device fact that allow you to track the amount of time it takes for a device audit to finish in seconds. The fact will show as Audit Execution (seconds) AM-14251
- GoLive > System Updates Improvements - We improved the User Interface in GoLive > System Updates to have a toggle to show latest updates, it also improved the user experience of the interface for this tab. AM-15473
- Install MDM Profiles for GoLive Smart Software Deployment - We've added the ability for MDM profiles created in Smart Software to be deployed alongside software in GoLive > Software. AM-15530
- Installation of "iOS-only" Apps On iPadOS Devices - iOS Applications will run correctly on iPads, however their display may not be ideal. This change allows Addigy administrators to deploy iOS applications to iPads. AM-15729
- Mapping Addigy Facts to User Defined Fields UI - Admins can now select any Addigy Device Facts and sync it to Autotask as a User Defined Field. AM-15186
- Re-push/Re-try Update on device after 24 hour timeframe - System Updates via MDM will be re-attempted on devices that have not installed the updates after 24 hours from the last install attempt. AM-15608
- Refreshing Addigy Data Periodically in Autotask - Addigy will now refresh Autotask Configuration Data every 24 hours should it change. AM-15187
- System Updates via MDM Policy Deployment Status - Added new UI in the Policy Deployment status to show per update and per device the status of the System Updates via MDM being deploy to devices. AM-15254
- Update `macOS X Version` Fact to support RSR Updates - Added support to macOS Version Fact for RSR Update build information. When Apple introduced RSR updates they introduced new parameter information in the build that was historically never added. This adjusts this specific fact to show this information now. AM-15576
- Update OS Version Fact to support RSR updates - Added support to OS Version Fact for RSR Update build information. - Updated Live Chat Functionality - Addigy has updated its chat functionality, prioritizing security and privacy for its customers. With the updated approach, chat sessions are now associated with local macOS user accounts instead of devices. This user-specific approach ensures that only authorized users can access chat conversations, providing a more secure and intentional communication experience. AM-14943
- Webhooks support when enabling Autotask integration - Added webhook support for two-way ticket and alarm closing when closing tickets in Autotask. AM-15345
- When starting software update on-demand deploy needed update even if active status is present for the update - We changed the logic for Software Updates to re-deploy when you press "Start System Updates" in Policies > System Updates, even if there was an active status for an update running. This was changed as macOS System Updates can hang or silently fail, and we would not know if the update is still running. AM-15633
- LiveTerminal prompts for password because of password rotation policies - Adjusted LiveTerminal to set a new dynamic password on every session to avoid issues with Password Policies enforced on macOS Devices. AM-15592
- Add details of what Software Update command was sent to the device in the events view - When an OS Updated action is sent (queued) to a device, the device acknowledgement reported in Addigy logs now includes the specific details of what version was sent and successfully Scheduled. AM-15678
- Self Service v2.4.17 - In this release: Self Service Icons Update: We have replaced the icons in Self Service with Apple's SF Symbols, providing a clearer and more macOS-native experience for our users. Bug Fix: We have resolved the issue that caused text overlap in page titles when navigating between pages. Minor UI Adjustments: We have made several tweaks to the user interface, refining the visual presentation and improving usability. AM-15627

- "In Identity release v2.13.14, an issue has been resolved that caused the login screen to become unresponsive for a limited number of users within certain organizations. This issue specifically affected customers using Google as their Identity Provider (IdP). With the implementation of this update, the affected users should no longer experience a non-responsive login screen and can now access their devices as expected. NOTE: This release changes the look of the Google Login Form your users will see. We have fixed a bug that caused custom icons to not appear when special characters were added to the "macOS Prompts" section in the Self Service Configuration. As a result, the default Addigy icon was displayed instead. With the latest update, this issue has been resolved, and now you can use special characters in the macOS Prompts without affecting the display of custom icons. AM-15367 - Apple updates appeared to be listed multiple times in the Policy Deployment Status UI for System Updates via MDM. This was due to different builds of the same display name (EX: 13.3.1). The UI has been updated to show the more detailed version info as well as to sort the list alphabetically. AM-15639
- Fixed an issue where admins were unable to scroll sideways in portrait mode in GoLive. AM-11692
