Start here with all devices
- Cancel the Apple Business Essential subscription (beware that additional iCloud storage will be lost.)
- Sign out of your Managed Apple Account on the device.
- Re-assign the device to Addigy in Apple Business Manager.
- Run “Scan Now” next to Addigy > Policies > Integrations & Settings > Automated Device Enrollment token configured.
Mac only
Run this command from the Terminal app on the Mac:
sudo profiles renew -type enrollment
iPhone or iPad
You must use Settings to erase the device: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings
