The Profiles section of GoLive allows for a quick look at the Profiles that are currently installed on the machine and allows for quick removal of profiles as well. You can find this pane by navigating to the GoLive page for your specific device and pressing the Profiles tab.
The profile will have 1 of 4 different status next to their name:
- Trash Can Icon - This means the profile can be removed right away.
-
In Policy - This means the profile is currently being enforced by the policy the device is in and needs to be removed from the policy first before it can be removed from here.
Note: Profiles removed from the policy will automatically remove themselves during the next automatic or manual policy deployment. - MDM - This is the MDM enrollment profile and can not be removed from here.
- PPPC - This is a Privacy Preferences Policy Control profile deployed via Addigy to ensure full agent functionality silently.
- Service Management - Similarly to PPPC, these are MDM profiles deployed by default to ensure full agent functionality without prompting for permissions.
- Smart Software - This means the relevant MDM Profile was deployed via an attached profile in Smart Software.
