MDM support is included as part of Addigy and is strongly recommended for use with the Addigy Agent.
Using the Addigy Agent with a third-party MDM Provider is possible. If you use a third-party MDM provider, you will need to build your own PPPC or use our pre-defined Addigy Agent PPPC Profiles. You can distribute them via your third-party MDM provider.
This KB explains when using Addigy MDM how Addigy automatically approves the necessary binaries for the Addigy agent and associated integrations to work properly.
Therefore, you should push out Privacy Policy Preference Control Payloads via the third-party's MDM to all devices that will have the Addigy Agent, this will approve Addigy Agent functionality on the device. The payload examples are in this KB.
Below are some examples of what requires MDM in Addigy:
(Note: These functions are only available via an MDM Solution, which is why they are not supported if you do not use Addigy's MDM.)
