Changes to the UI within Addigy keep coming!
Ticketing UI and Functionality
In this first round of changes to the page, we are removing the ticketing section and banner. As Addigy moved to a more robust ticketing platform, this area no longer allows you to create or see any new tickets. You will now see two buttons taking you to either a place to create new Support tickets or view already created Support tickets (see screenshot below).
Plan for the future:
- Connect this process with SSO so that you won't have to sign into the ticketing page separately.
Feature Requests UI
We've now separated issues and feature requests on this page to give it the space it required.
Plan for the future:
- There will be a completely new way to ask for, upvote, and follow feature requests in the near future. This will allow for greater transparency for feature requests and where they are at in the development process.
