Occasionally, it may be necessary to grant a macOS end-user temporary Admin status to accomplish certain tasks. The attached script, created by well-known MacAdmin Ross Matsuda, utilizes MacManage to grant users Admin status for a provided timeframe (via the timeOut variable on line 10) and can be deployed via the Devices page.
End-User Experience
When the script is executed, users will be notified of their admin status with the following prompt:
The prompt text can be customized by changing the values of the title and description variables (lines 5 & 6).

Addigy has the ability to grant temporary admin status from within a device's GoLive page. You can take a look at this TempAdmin KB article which goes over the feature in more detail.
