The Dock MDM configuration can be used to configure the dock on macOS devices. The following is an overview and example of the Dock MDM configuration.

Finding the Dock Configuration
To create a Dock MDM configuration, we can start off by going to Catalog >> MDM Profiles >> New.
Within the modal window, select the Dock button.
Configuring the Dock Configuration
Within the below window, the macOS Dock can be configured to display a certain set of applications. In this example you will see some common application paths:
Static options can be configured as well:
The remaining settings relate to user preferences and interactions with the Dock. In this example, we will use the default options.

After configuring the MDM profile to desired settings, click Save and Review.
Deploying the Configuration
To deploy this profile, either add the item to your policy or deploy it via GoLive.
Here is what the Dock looks like after deployed profile looks like on the device:
If you see a question mark in your dock, that means that the application was not located at the specified path. In this screenshot, you will see that Spotify was added to the configuration, but is not installed on the device:
