When ticketing integrations such as Connectwise Manage or AutoTask are set up in your policy, devices must be manually synced to the integration's company/account. When new devices are added to the policy, they will need to be manually synced as well.
There are existing Community Feedback Posts to add functionality to automatically sync devices to ticketing integrations.
