Addigy 2FA enforces and requires all user logins to enter a One-Time Password before the authentication is successful into the Addigy Account. If users are unable to sign in after Addigy 2FA has been enabled, verify that an invite has been sent to the user.
Sending a 2FA Invite
- In Account >> Integrations, select the Addigy 2FA tile:
- In the modal window that appears, select the Invite button next to the user's name and email:
- A notification will appear, confirming that the invite has been sent:
Following this, users will receive an email with a QR code, which can be scanned with your authentication application to generate the One-Time Passwords.
