When viewing user information in your Addigy account, you may notice a section called Support Users:
When a ticket is opened with our Support team, it may become necessary to enable Support Access so the Support Engineer can further investigate the issue. When a Support Engineer accesses your instance, this will be shown in the Support Users section.
Viewing Support User Activity
To view a Support User's activity in your account, select the View Activity button next to a user under the Actions column. A modal window will appear, showing the user's activity:
