Addigy is rolling out a new and improved login experience for everyone. The new experience is designed to further enhance the overall security of your data, provide a means to support additional IDPs and continue to improve the overall Addigy UI.
This new experience will introduce the following:
- New - Lookup page to access and find your tenant
- New - Stronger password policies and security controls
- New - Multi-factor authentication (MFA) options including biometric multi-factor, Yubikey, and authenticator app MFA methods!
- New - Multiple Concurrent Single Sign On (SSO) Options.
- New - Ability to use both Basic Authentication and Single Sign On (SSO) concurrently.
- Many more additional features will be coming soon.
The new Login Experience will roll out in small increments. The first change you will see will be the new Lookup page, shipping on May 24, 2022.
You may participate in the Login Experience beta program and work with the full experience now. Please see instructions toward the end of this article to join the beta.
New Lookup Page
The first change you will see is a new Lookup Page when signing into Addigy.
The Lookup page is responsible for routing you to your proprietary login window experience after you enter your email. In the initial rollout of the Lookup page, you should still be routed to the current login window you are already familiar with.
In a future release, every organization will have a brand-able login window with extended security properties.
(Note: If you are interested in using the new login experience NOW, check out the information at the bottom of this page)
Bookmarking your login page
With the sign-in page now linking directly to the LookUp page, you may want to bookmark the direct URL of your organization's login page. You'll notice that after typing your email into the LookUp page, you'll be redirected to a new login window URL. You can save this URL to navigate directly to your organizational login window without having to use the lookup page.
