During the Product Update (Q3 2022), we talked about changes to the GoLive user experience and layout as well as giving a quick peek into the those changes. These changes are going to take place on August 23, 2022 in the afternoon (ET). This KB outlines the changes so that you can quickly find what you're looking for. Let's take a quick look at the new layout vs. the old layout below.

- Adjusted spacing so that more device facts show by default when opening GoLive
- Device name has been moved down
- Device name change has been moved from the Overview tab up next to the device name
- LiveTerminal tab has been moved to the far left with updated styling as it's a unique tab
- Created a new Support tab that houses Alerts and Ticketing tabs
- Moved the Ports tab inside of the Networking tab
- Renamed the Device status drop down menu to Device Commands
- MDM label has been removed and MDM status has been moved to under the device name
- GoLive screenshots have been removed from the middle of the page to up top next to the other remote control options
- Start chat has an updated style
- For the Compliance feature, we've added a Compliance status label
- Removed FileVault, GateKeeper, Firewall, Last Online facts from above the device icon
- This information will be used primarily in Compliance and we have other updates planned for GoLive
- Device Audits have been renamed to Refresh Data and updated styling
- Reduced the size of the GoLive charts
- Added an Offline, Active, and Inactive label below GoLive charts to denote the status of these charts
- Made the Port Usage and Speed Test on-demand instead of running automatically upon opening the tab
- Moved the Bluetooth and Enable Remote Management MDM commands out of Networking and into the Device Commands drop down menu
