To remove a device from a policy navigate to the Policies section within the platform.
1. Select the Devices category of the policy from which you would like to remove devices.
2. Click the leftmost check mark to select the devices you would like to remove.
3. Click on Remove Device Policy on the top right.
The devices will still have the Addigy agent installed and will still appear in your organization, but they will not belong to any active policy.
If you have an Addigy account and have additional questions, you can create a ticket by emailing email@example.com.
