Addigy is integrated with Freshdesk to report issues and bugs to our support team at Addigy. 


Note: Please add as much information as possible such as Devices affected and around when this issue occured.


1. First, navigate to the Support and then select Issues



2. Enter in the Subject and a detailed Message of the issue you are encountering

3. For the Ticket, you have the option to Include Images

4. Once the Issue is ready to be forwarded to Support, click Send



You can click on your ticket to reveal your interaction with the Addigy support team.


 

If you experience any issues using this interface or find it inconvenient, tickets can also be created by emailing support@addigy.com.

Alternatively, you can submit a support request within Addigy.
