Addigy is integrated with Freshdesk to report issues and bugs to our support team at Addigy. To do this, select Issues from the Support dropdown menu in the Navigation bar, and fill out the required fields before clicking submit.
Clicking submit will make your issue, also known as a "ticket", appear in the section on the right. You can click on your ticket to reveal your interaction with the Addigy support team.
From this view you can respond to the ticket, attach screenshots or other useful documents, and close the ticket.
If you experience any issues using this interface or find it inconvenient, tickets can also be created by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
