Addigy provides the ability to respond to alerts with powerful scripts using Monitoring items. See our Creating a Monitoring item KB article for more information on setting up your first Custom Monitoring item. Once you’ve created your Monitoring item or copied it from our Public Monitoring items, you can enable remediation on that item.
First, navigate to Policies->Catalog->Custom Monitoring and then click Edit on the item you want to add remediation to.
From here, at the bottom of the window under the Remediation (Optional) section, clicking the checkmark next to Enable Remediation and entering a custom command or using one of your premade scripts will create a remediation event for that item.
Note: In order to select the Remediation option, you need to fill out the fields on your Monitoring item first.
For more information on adding scripts you can see our Creating and Running scripts KB article.
Click Review Changes at the bottom, then click Confirm to save the changes to your alert.
