If you are experiencing issues connecting to a device using Addigy's ScreenConnect integration, it can usually be remedied by reinstalling ScreenConnect on the device.
To reinstall ScreenConnect, first navigate to the Devices page and select all the devices for which you will be resetting ScreenConnect.
Now, find the command Re-install Screen Connect (if experiencing issues starting a session) under Remediation in the Predefined Commands, and click the paper-airplane-shaped Send icon.
Now, the command name should be populated in the Run Command textbox. Click this paper-airplane-shaped Send icon as well.
A Job Details window will pop up to notify you of the progress of your command.
