Addigy provides a number of options for white-labeling the product to have your own branding. You can rebrand the Addigy portal by adding your own logo and choosing your own Addigy subdomain.
To change these settings:
1. Click Account.
2. Click Settings.
3. Change organization settings as needed.
4. Click Save.
Changing these fields will affect everyone from your organization, so be sure to communicate to your team that your login domain may have changed.
You can brand your Addigy instance by uploading a logo to appear at the top left of the app. Although there's no strict size, the size of your logo may appear larger or smaller depending on your dimensions. The layout adapts to what is uploaded to try and accommodate most dimensions - if you encounter issues with your logo when upload, please send us the logo and the current dimensions. We're continually improving Addigy's layout and appearance, so the header layout may change to accommodate larger or vertical images. The accepted image formats are JPG, GIF, or PNG. We recommend PNG with transparent backgrounds for the best quality, but the image's file size should be kept as small as possible for the best loading speed.
These fields provide value to your clients. You can invite your clients to join Addigy where they can view, and, potentially, manage their own devices. To learn more about adding users with different roles and restrictions, see our articles: Owner, Admin, and User Permissions, and Restricting a User to a Policy.
If you have an Addigy account and have additional questions, you can create a ticket by emailing email@example.com.
Alternatively, you can submit a support request within Addigy.
