Live Terminal Not Loading: Manually Install the Software
When enabling Addigy Live Terminal, it may take up to 30 minutes for the new settings and software to be installed on your devices. If you are attempting to start a session and do not get past the loading dialogue, you can try manually pushing out the Live Terminal settings by running this command from the Run command textbox on the Devices page.
/Library/Addigy/go-agent policier install install-ssh
When your devices run that command, they will immediately install the necessary settings to create Live Terminal sessions.
Fixing a Broken Addigy Live Terminal
If the Addigy Live Terminal was previously functioning properly on a device but has stopped working for some reason, try running this command from the Devices page to reinstall the software and settings:
