Please ensure that you have whitelisted all Addigy URLs and corresponding functionality to ensure the Addigy agent can connect to the required endpoints. For more information on the network requirements of Addigy, see our article Complete Port Usage for Addigy.

Recommended AV and AM Exclusions

The base Addigy agent is a small, lightweight package by design (2.4 MB currently). This allows the distribution of the package to have a much smaller footprint on an environment for initial deployment. However, the Addigy agent will download and leverage several larger files, binaries, and scripts to perform its required actions. We recommend that your whitelist the following folders and files within third-party security software to ensure the Addigy agent can perform the necessary tasks.

Addigy Agent

/Library/Addigy/* (This should whitelist the entire Addigy directory and all files, applications, and binaries inside of it)
/Users/*/Library/Application Support/com.addigy.macmanage/Cache

ConnectWise Control (previously ScreenConnect)
