Mobile Device Management (MDM) assists Admins in enrolling and configuring settings of devices, whitelisting user prompts, remotely locking and wiping stolen devices, and along with Apple Business Manager, auto-enroll devices into Addigy from Setup Assistant as well as deploy apps to devices using purchased licenses.

For this article, you will have to first create an Apple Push Certificate as well as have assigned the Apple Push Certificate at the Global Level or Policy Level. After having these setup, you can begin enrolling devices into Addigy MDM with your specific Apple Push Certificate.

1. Head over to the Add Devices page, and from the Select A Policy section, use the dropdown menu to select the policy you wish to add a device to.

2. When Installing via MDM you have three options:

    A. Automated Device Enrollment - This method allows Automated Device Enrollment devices to be

enrolled into Addigy from the Setup Assistant.

    B. Device Enrollment - Allows you to either download the MDM directly, copy the download link and

provide it to your users, or use the QR Code. Once the MDM is on the device it will need to be manually

    approved by the end-user.
