When you have feedback for items you believe will improve the Addigy platform, you can navigate to our Addigy Community where you can create your Feedback post, by clicking on Create a post.
This article is going to be going over the guidelines for created posts to be approved and added to the list of existing Feedback posts others can vote on.
Before making a community post, please confirm this hasn't already been created. When typing the title we will provide suggestions on existing Feedback posts that may already contain the improvement you are requesting.
What should the Feedback post contain?
1. An explanation of what would be added to the platform
This would mention what specific new behaviors would be added and where it
would be added if applicable.
2. How this would help end-users and what would be a use case
This would go over the benefits of adding this to the platform as well as a use case
of how this would help Addigy Admins
3. Any documentation or images of what you'd like added
If there is any existing documentation on what would be added, if that is provided it
will assist us in creating a scope of work for this to be added
