If you notice poor image quality when screen sharing via Splashtop on Windows, try the following to see if the quality improves.

Changing the Video Rendering Options
- Open the Splashtop For RMM app and go to Options
- Click on the Advance tab then click on Advanced Settings
- Change the current Video Rendering Options to SDL with YUV
- Click OK and establish a new Splashtop session
Changing the Frame Rate
While in a Splashtop session, click the eye icon in the top menu and select High Frame rate
Check for Updates / Reinstall the Splashtop for RMM app
In the Splashtop for RMM app, you can click Check for Updates to ensure you are on the latest version.
If you are on the latest version but the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall by clicking on the Windows text in blue when starting a new Splashtop session.
