The Apple Apps token in this policy is being used in another MDM server. Tokens can only be used in a single MDM server, please remove the token from the other server or create a new token. Token Location: https://mdm-server-information-here.com
When an Apple Apps token is in use outside of Addigy, your devices may encounter various issues with deployment - most commonly, apps will only be successfully deployed to devices intermittently or they will not be deployed at all. Admins frequently encounter this issue after migrating devices to Addigy from another MDM and re-using the same token without removing it from the previous MDM server.
You may encounter this warning message:
- When uploading an Apple Apps token.
- When selecting a Location Token to deploy apps via GoLive > Apple Apps.
- When adding Apple Apps to a policy.
This can be resolved by creating a brand new Apple Apps token (only to be used in Addigy), and replacing the token currently in use with the new token. The following kb article explains how to create a new Apple Apps token: Configuring Apple Apps (Apps & Books)
After creating the new token, you'll need to purchase new app licenses for your desired applications or transfer the licenses over from the current token: https://support.apple.com/guide/apple-business-manager/transfer-licenses-axm1242b0715/web
After replacing the token and re-assigning the apps to the policy, apps should begin to deploy to your devices as expected.
