Available Compliance Reports
Overview
A high-level look at compliance status across devices. Includes device name, serial number, tenant information (location), and overall compliance status. Useful when stakeholders need to quickly gauge fleet-wide compliance.
Benchmark Breakdown
Breaks compliance status down by benchmark, showing multiple compliance statuses for devices with more than one benchmark assigned. Useful for a detailed look at individual device benchmarks.
Failed Rules
A detailed view of a device, its benchmarks, and the specific rules that are failing. Useful for quickly pinpointing issues and planning remediation, especially when tracking failed rules across the whole organization.
Full Report
The most comprehensive breakdown available — all information on devices, benchmarks, and their individual rules. Best suited for auditing and getting a complete, verbose view of compliance across your organization.
How to Export a Compliance Report
From the Devices Page
On the Devices page, Compliance Report options are under the Tools dropdown.
From a Policy View
- Select a Policy and navigate to the Compliance section.
- Near the top, use the Compliance Reports selector to choose one of the available reports.
Once generated, the report is sent to your email as a CSV file.
