Policy Templates give you a head start when creating a new Policy by pre-populating it with a curated set of catalog items and configurations. Choose from Addigy's built-in templates for common use cases, or mix and match assets from multiple templates to build your own. All catalog items added by a template can be customized after the Policy is created.
Note: Policy Templates must be enabled before use. Navigate to Account > Settings > Beta Features and enable Policy Templates.

How to Create a Policy Using a Custom Template
A Custom Template lets you hand-pick individual assets from across all available templates, giving you full control over exactly what gets added to your new Policy.
- Navigate to Policies and click New.
- Enter a name for your new Policy and click Continue.
- Select Choose a Template.
- In the Template Overview screen, select Create a Custom Template.
Check the box next to each asset you want to include. Assets are organized by category (Profiles, Compliance, Monitoring, etc.).
