Policy page columns let you see the status of key settings and integrations for each Policy at a glance — without having to open the Policy itself. Columns are customizable, so you can surface only the information most relevant to your organization.
Enabling and Customizing Columns
To choose which columns appear on your Policies page, click the Columns button in the top-right area of the Policies list and check or uncheck the columns you want to display.
Note: A column only appears as an option if the corresponding integration or feature is enabled for your organization.
Available Columns
| Column | What it shows |

| Device Count | The number of devices currently assigned to this Policy, including devices in any child policies. |
| Auto-Assignment | Indicates the Auto-Assignment state: green = active, yellow = configured but inactive, grey = not configured. |
| MDM | Green if an MDM enrollment profile is configured in this Policy. |
| ADE | Green if Automated Device Enrollment is configured in this Policy. |
| Apps & Books | Green if an Apps and Books token is configured in this Policy. |
| Autotask | Green if the Autotask integration is configured in this Policy. |
| ConnectWise | Green if the ConnectWise integration is configured in this Policy. |
| OneView | Green if the Malwarebytes OneView integration is enabled and configured in this Policy. |
| Intune | Green if Microsoft Conditional Access is configured in this Policy. |
| Identity | Green if Addigy Identity is configured in this Policy. |
