The Blocker Page
This page may appear for several reasons, primarily indicating that the application has not been authenticated with any Addigy instances.
If you encounter the Blocker Page, please ensure the following:
- The device is correctly enrolled in Addigy.
- A Self Service Configuration has been assigned to the policy where the device is located.
- The device has a location policy assigned.
Navigating the Welcome Page
Upon the first use of the application, users are greeted with the Welcome Page, provided the app has successfully authenticated with your organization. Your company logo will appear above the gear icon.
Exploring the App Library
Users will have access to an admin-curated library of applications showcasing a selection of pre-approved apps.
Viewing App Details
Users can view essential details such as the subtitle, category, size, and version. An app's status will be indicated as Install, Installed, Update, or Unavailable. The Unavailable status will appear only if there are no remaining licenses for that application.
Using the Search Bar
Users have the ability to search for specific applications within the library.
Filtering by Categories
These categories are the same as those provided in the App Store. An application's category is determined by the App Developer at the time of publishing on the App Store. This allows device users to filter by these same categories for a familiar and seamless experience.
Accessing Info Page
The configuration by an Addigy admin determines the visibility of the following information:
- Company Logo
- Company Name
- Description
- Address
- Phone
Additionally, default device information, such as model and version, is displayed on every device.
