Implementing Microsoft Conditional Access with Addigy requires the end user to register their device using Addigy Self Service.

How To Register Your Company Mac
For increased security, we require all devices to be compliant and registered before granting access to company resources, such as your Microsoft email, Microsoft 365 services, and any web or desktop apps authenticated with Microsoft credentials.
- Launch Self Service (MacManage) and select Register device from the lower left corner.
- Click Continue, then Sign in to the Company Portal.
- Select your company Microsoft account and Continue. (If your account is not listed, add your company email address.)
- Enter your company Microsoft password, then Sign in and Done.
- Select your Microsoft account (again), then Continue and Done.
