Addigy is a comprehensive device management platform designed for Apple devices, providing robust tools for IT administrators to manage their organization's devices efficiently and effectively. Addigy's connector in Okta Workflows is a no-code solution that allows admins to automate the user and device lifecycle, minimizing friction and manual errors.

Admin access in Addigy to generate an API key.
Multiple connections can be created if your organization has several Addigy environments or you are testing various API keys with different permissions. To establish a connection, ensure the Addigy API token has the correct permissions required for the specific tasks.
Step 1: Generating API Token in Addigy

After you are signed into Addigy. In the left side bar, click on Account, then on the Integrations tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Addigy API section.
- Make sure you are on the V2 tab.
- Click on the New API Token button.
- You will need to Name your new token. For example, Okta Workflows.
- Select the all the permissions you want to grant to this API token. We typically recommend to use the minimum number of permissions necessary to accomplish your objectives for security reasons. However the View, create keys, and delete keys the following permissions are necessary.

Copy the token and store it in a secure location. You will NOT be able to access the key again.
Step 2: Set Up an Addigy Connection in Okta Workflows
Once you have the API key, you can create a connection in Okta Workflows:
- In Okta Workflows, go to the Connections page.
- Click New Connection.
- Select Addigy from the list of apps.
- In the Connection Name field, enter a unique name. Description field is optional.
- Paste the API key you generated from Step 1.
- Click Create.
Step 3: Building Your Workflow with Addigy
Now that your Addigy connection is set up, you can start building workflows:
- Go to the Flows section in Okta Workflows and click +New Flow.
- Click Add app action.
- In the My Connected Apps section, select Addigy.
- Choose the appropriate connector card (e.g., "Get Device Information") and configure it based on your requirements. For more information on each connector.
