Deleting a Policy permanently removes it from your Addigy account. This action cannot be undone, so make sure any devices assigned to the Policy have been reassigned or removed beforehand.
How to Delete a Policy
- Open the Policy you want to delete and navigate to its Overview tab.
- Click the Delete button.
- In the confirmation dialog, click OK to permanently delete the Policy.
Troubleshooting
"Please remove users from policy before deleting."
This error appears when one or more Addigy user accounts have been restricted to this Policy. You'll need to remove those restrictions before the Policy can be deleted.
