Addigy Self Service allows end-users to install organization-approved applications and updates, including Smart Software, Apple Apps, MDM Profiles, and PreBuilt Apps. To make software items available to your end-users, first follow the steps to create a Self Service configuration: Creating a Self Service Configuration
Adding Software to Self Service
- Navigate to a Policy with an existing Self Service configuration.
- Select the Self Service tab, then choose Mac or iPhone & iPad, depending on which platform you're deploying Self Service to.
- Find the app(s) that you would like to make available to your end-users. Click the checkbox > Add/Remove > Add to Self Service. This will send the software to the Self Service application for end-users to install.
After adding software, a message will appear notifying you of the successful change. Software will appear in the Self Service application as shown below:
Removing Software from Self Service
If you wish to remove software from the Self Service application, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Policies > Self Service > Mac or iPhone & iPad.
- Find the app(s) that you would like to remove from your end-user's Self Service app.
- Click the checkbox next to the software title > Add/Remove > Remove from Self Service.
