Addigy gives you complete transparency into how users make changes in your tenant — including any Addigy support user who has logged into your organization via Support Access.
Overview
Every user's actions in Addigy are recorded in an Activity Log you can view at any time, giving you a clear audit trail of who changed what.
How to View a User's Activity Log
- Navigate to Account > Users.
- Click Activity Log for the user whose history you want to see.
- The events created by that user are displayed.
What's Tracked in the Activity Log
Activities logged include, but aren't limited to:
- Command execution
- Device updates
- Organization updates
- Adding devices
- Removing devices
- Updating devices
- Policy changes
- Alert creation/resolution
- Integrations
- User modifications/deletion
- User roles
- Policy configuration changes
Note: User activity is stored for 90 days.
