Addigy supports a wide variety of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS operating systems. With each new OS release, we re-evaluate the versions that we officially support. The following document outlines the operating systems that are tested for compatibility with Addigy.
Each year during Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC), Addigy reviews managed device populations within the platform. This data, along with new feature functionality, drives the changing support of operating systems.
Supported Managed Operating Systems
Supported signifies that Addigy does routine testing on newly added features, existing functionality, and prioritizes issues found on these operating systems. Please note that some features may require a specific version of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or tvOS that is greater than some of the tested versions below.

Unsupported Managed Operating Systems
Operating systems that fall into this category have been removed from our testing. Changes to the product may impact the functionality of features regarding devices in this category. Product code changes specifically to operating systems in this category will not be prioritized.

Self Service is supported on all currently supported macOS versions.
Addigy Identity is supported on macOS Mojave (macOS 10.14) or newer.
