End User Management in Addigy allows you to sync users from your Identity Provider (IdP), map users to devices, and maintain visibility into device ownership across your fleet. End User Management is compatible with Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices.
Key Capabilities
IdP Integration via SCIM
Connect your existing Identity Provider to automatically sync users and groups into Addigy. Supported providers include:
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID
User-to-Device Mapping
Associate users with their devices through:
Automatic detection - Addigy identifies the logged-in user and maps them to the device
- Enrollment SSO – When a device completes enrollment SSO and automatic assignment is enabled in the policy's ADE configuration, the user is automatically linked to the device.
- Addigy Identity – When a device goes through Identity, the authenticated user is automatically assigned to that device.
- Note: At the moment, both Addigy Identity Beta Program and the End User Device Assignment setting need to be enabled within the policy's Addigy Identity configuration.
Manual assignment – Admins can assign users to devices directly in the console
- Individual assignment – Assign a device to a user directly from the End Users page
- Bulk CSV upload – Upload a CSV file containing user emails and device serial numbers to assign multiple devices at once
Asset Tracking
View device ownership at a glance. Know which user is assigned to which device for inventory management, audits, and support workflows.
End User Attributes as MDM Profile Variables
You can use any of the End User attributes brought over by your IdP inside of MDM Profiles inside of Addigy. Learn more
Leveraging User Attributes as Flex Policy Conditions
