Occasionally it becomes necessary to remove users from an Addigy instance. The following is a quick guide on how to delete users within Addigy.
Note: At least one user with an Owner role must be present in the account. If deleting another user with an owner role, it is required to change their role to a non-owner role first.
Deleting a User
- Navigate to Account > Users.
- Under the Actions column, select the "..." 3 dots.
- Select Delete.
- A confirmation window will appear. Select the Yes, delete button to delete the account.
