You can check a device's MDM enrollment status, certificate details, and take quick actions like testing the MDM response or reinstalling the enrollment profile — from either GoLive or the Policy page.
How to View MDM Information via GoLive
- On a device's GoLive page, select the blue MDM text.
- A modal opens with the device's MDM details.
This modal shows the device name, last MDM response, the Addigy name of the Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) Certificate, whether the enrollment profile is approved, the APNs Certificate name, the APNs topic, and when that topic expires.

How to View MDM Information via the Policy Page
- Navigate to Policies > (your policy) > Devices.
- Select the ... under Actions for a device to see MDM-related options.
- Refresh Data sends the Device Information, Security Information, Profile List, Application List, and Certificate List MDM commands to the device. See How to Manually Perform Device Audits (Refresh Data) for details.
- Details shows the same information available in GoLive — the last MDM response, APNs Certificate name, enrollment profile approval status, APNs topic and expiration — along with the ability to test the MDM response, reinstall the MDM enrollment profile, and reinstall the Addigy agent.
