Viewing MDM Information via GoLive
Within the GoLive page of a device, you can select the blue MDM text to show information about the device's MDM enrollment certificate and more.
Once selected, the following page will open:
This modal shows the device name, last MDM response, Addigy name of the Apple Push Notification Service Certificate (APNs), if the enrollment profile is approved or not, the name of the APNs Certificate, the APNs topic, and when that topic expires.
Additionally, you can test the MDM response, silently reinstall the MDM enrollment profile (macOS 10.15 and lower), and reinstall the Addigy agent. For a more granular look at queuing MDM audits and testing the MDM response, please view this article:

Viewing MDM Information via the Policy Page
First, navigate over to Policies > (Policy) > Devices. When you select the 3 dots "..." under Actions, you can see the following MDM-related options:
- Refresh Data
- This sends the Device Information, Security Information, Profile List, Application List, and Certificate List MDM commands to the device to run

- Similar to GoLive, the Details options will show:
- The last MDM response, the Addigy name of the Apple Push Notification Service Certificate (APNs), if the enrollment profile is approved or not, the name of the APNs Certificate, the APNs topic, and when that topic expires.
- The ability to test the MDM response, silently reinstall the MDM enrollment profile (macOS 10.15 and lower), and reinstall the Addigy agent.
