The Addigy System Dashboard provides insight into the application and system usage of your Apple devices. You can filter the dashboard down to a specific set of devices and then download the result as a report.
Filtering
Filters applied to the dashboard carry through to the report you download, so narrow the data before printing. You can filter by policy, by device fact, or by both.
Filter by Policy
- Type in the Select Policy drop-down and choose a policy.
- The dashboard updates to include only devices from that policy.
Note: A policy filter includes devices in the selected parent policy and all of its child policies.
Filter by Device Fact
Both built-in and custom device facts are supported.
- Click Filter.
- Enter a fact in the Select Filter... box.
- Choose a comparison operator:
- For text facts: contains, =, or != (not equal).
- For numeric facts: =, !=, between, <, >, <=, or >=.
- Enter the value to compare against.
You can also apply a saved Smart Filter instead of rebuilding the criteria each time.
Downloading a System Report
The downloaded report reflects whatever filters are currently applied to the dashboard.
- Click Dashboard in the navigation menu.
- In the drop-down list, click System.
- Apply any policy or device fact filters you want reflected in the report.
- Click Print Report at the top of the page.
