MDM
With macOS Ventura, Apple has released functionality to automatically disable the transfer of system and network settings to avoid breaking the MDM connection: What's new for enterprise in macOS Ventura
Addigy Agent
Prior to macOS Ventura, migrating data from a device that already has the Addigy agent will copy over the contents of the /Library/Addigy/ directory. This can cause values from the previous device to be reported on the new device, as well as other functionality issues if an agent for Intel processors is migrated to a device with an Apple Silicon processor, or vice versa. The new device would need to be re-enrolled to receive the correct Addigy agent.
Starting with macOS Ventura, disabling the option to transfer System & Network settings prevents the /Library/Addigy folder from being transferred over to the new device.
Note: The Addigy Identity login page is not compatible with Migration Assistant; it would be necessary to remove Identity from the device before running Migration Assistant.
