If there is ever a situation where a user in your Addigy tenant cannot login for MFA issues, MFA can easily be reset by a user that has an "Owner" role in Addigy.
1: Navigate to Account > Users
2: Find the user in the list and click on the ellipses in the "Actions" column, then select "Reset MFA..."
3: A warning will come up confirming this action. As it states, the user will have to reconfigure MFA upon their next login to the Addigy portal
If a user still has issues signing in to the Addigy portal or if you are the only user in your tenant, please feel free to create a ticket.
