If you cannot sign in to the Addigy portal because you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself from the login page. Addigy emails a reset link to the address on the account, so you can regain access without waiting on an administrator.
How to Reset Your Addigy Password
Use these steps when the password you have is not working, or you never set one.
- Navigate to https://app.addigy.com/.
-
Enter the email address of your Addigy user.
- Click the Reset Password link below the login window.
- Enter the email address associated with the Addigy account and click Continue.
- Check that inbox for a message from Addigy containing instructions for resetting the account's password.
- Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password, then return to https://app.addigy.com/ and sign in.
Note: If you receive the error "Please check email provided or contact support", the email address you entered does not exist in any Addigy tenant. Check for typos first. If you were previously able to log in with that exact address, contact Addigy Support for further assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions
I am a new user and never received a password. What should I do?
When an Addigy Owner creates your account, Addigy sends an email to the address on the account with instructions for setting a password. If that email never arrived, use the Reset Password steps above to have the instructions sent again. See Adding a User within Addigy.
I no longer have access to the email address on my account.
The reset instructions are only sent to the address associated with the account, so you will need help. Contact Addigy Support, or ask an Owner in your tenant for assistance.
I reset my password but still cannot log in.
Confirm the problem is the password and not multi-factor authentication. If you are being stopped at the MFA prompt, an Owner in your tenant can clear your MFA enrollment — see How to: Reset MFA for an Addigy User.
