The Addigy Identity Beta Program gives you early access to upcoming features before they are released to all customers. The program is designed to help IT teams do the following:
- Adjust internal workflows and update support documentation ahead of time
- Provide feedback which will shape product development
- Safely test new functionality in real-world environments
How the Beta Program Works
Devices in a policy with the Enable Beta Program checkbox enabled will automatically receive the beta version. Uncheck the box to return devices to the production version which will occur automatically during the next policy deployment.
If no beta version is available devices will use the production version. When a new beta is released it will automatically deploy to all policies with the beta enabled. To ensure devices stay up to date with the latest beta version keep the checkbox enabled.
Important Notes
- Beta builds are intended for testing and feedback.
- Features may be incomplete or change at any time.
- We strongly recommend enabling the beta in test or non-critical environments.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Enable Beta Access for Your Organization
- Go to Account > Settings
- Scroll down to Enable Beta Features
- Toggle Identity Beta Program
Step 2: Enable the Beta in a Policy
- Go to Policies > Integrations & Settings > Identity
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the Enable Beta Program box
- Review and acknowledge the disclaimer
- Click Save Changes
- Deploy the policy
How to Check the Installed Identity Version
You can verify which version of Addigy Identity is installed across multiple devices or on an individual device from the Addigy platform.
View at Scale
- Go to the Devices tab
- On the right open the Columns panel

Search for Identity Version and check the box to display the column
The Identity version will now appear for each listed device.
View on an Individual Device

Within the device's GoLive page search for Identity Version in the available facts
The current version will be displayed for the device.
How to Submit Feedback

- Go to Account > Settings
- Scroll down to the Betas section
- Click Feedback under Addigy Identity
- Fill out the form and click Send
