Addigy provides a number of options for white-labeling the product with your own branding. You can rebrand the Addigy portal by adding your own logo and choosing your own Addigy subdomain, so the platform your team and your clients sign in to looks like yours rather than a third party's. This article covers where those settings live and what to consider before you change them.
Overview
Rebranding applies to your whole Addigy organization and is managed in one place, under Account > Settings.
- What it does: Replaces the default Addigy branding in your portal with your company logo and lets you choose your own Addigy subdomain.
- Who it's for: Any organization that wants a consistent brand experience in Addigy, and partners who invite their own clients into the platform.
- Key benefit: Your team and your clients work in a portal that carries your identity, which builds trust and removes confusion about whose tool they're using.
Prerequisites
- Access to Account > Settings in the Addigy portal. If you can't reach the page or the fields aren't editable, ask a user with the Owner role in your organization to make the change or to adjust your permissions.
- A logo file in JPG, GIF, or PNG format, if you're uploading a logo.
How to Update Your Branding Settings
Use this workflow to upload a logo, change your subdomain, or adjust any other organization setting.
- Navigate to Account > Settings.
- Change your organization settings as needed.
- Click Save.
Note: These changes affect everyone in your organization. Because your login domain may change, let your team know before you save so no one is caught out by an unfamiliar sign-in URL.
Company Logo
Upload a logo to brand your Addigy instance.
- Accepted formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG. We recommend PNG with a transparent background for the best quality.
- File size: Keep the file as small as possible so the portal loads quickly.
- Dimensions: The recommended size is 200px width x 50px height. Your logo may appear larger or smaller depending on the dimensions you upload, and the layout adapts to accommodate most dimensions.
Your logo will appear at the top left of the app:
We're continually improving Addigy's layout and appearance, so the header layout may change to accommodate larger or vertical images. If you run into an issue with your logo after uploading it, send us the logo file and its current dimensions and we'll take a look.
Addigy Subdomain
Your subdomain determines the address your organization uses to sign in to Addigy. Choosing your own subdomain is what makes the portal feel like part of your environment rather than a generic one.
Because the subdomain is shared by everyone in your organization, changing it changes the sign-in address for all of your users. Before you save a new subdomain, tell your team the new address so they can update any saved bookmarks or stored logins.
Sharing the Portal with Your Clients
Branding pays off most when people outside your immediate team log in. You can invite your clients to join Addigy, where they can view and, if you allow it, manage their own devices. Their access is controlled by the role you assign and by any policy restrictions you apply.
- To assign and understand roles, see Managing User Privileges Within Addigy.
- To limit a user to specific devices, see How To Restrict A User To A Policy.
