Prerequisites
When using Anti-Virus or Anti-Malware tools they can prevent the Addigy Agent or other Addigy Tools from functioning. To ensure that Addigy operates properly, we recommend whitelisting the below Addigy files and binaries to ensure the Addigy Agent can connect and perform desired tasks. Note: Whitelisting the entire directories below is not recommended unless desired.
Recommended AV and AM Exclusions
The base Addigy agent is a small, lightweight package by design (2.4 MB currently). This allows the distribution of the package to have a much smaller footprint on an environment for initial deployment. However, the Addigy agent will download and leverage several larger files, binaries, and scripts to perform its required actions. If you would like to exclude Addigy, we suggest that you whitelist the following folders and files within third-party security software to ensure the Addigy agent can perform the necessary tasks without hindering performance.
