Device Codes in Addigy – Addigy

Addigy stores the following Device Codes:

Device Codes can be retrieved from the Devices page.

Navigate to the Devices page and select Tools > 'Device Codes':

Enter a device's serial number into the search bar and click 'Add'. Any available codes will appear for the serial number provided.

Note: Codes can also be accessed from a device's GoLive page > Security tab.

To view Device Codes in bulk, navigate to the Devices page and multi-select up to 15 devices.

Then, select Tools > 'Device Codes':

All of the selected devices will display their available codes.

To export Device Codes, select 'Export All Data as a CSV':

Notes:

Only the codes for the selected serial numbers will be exported in the CSV file.
It is only possible to export codes for a maximum of 15 devices at a time.
The Device Codes tool requires the "Edit Policies" and "View Devices" Addigy user permissions. These permissions are included in the default Owner and Admin user roles.
It is possible to retrieve Device Codes for devices that have been removed from Addigy using this tool as long as you have the affected device's serial number.
